4 stars today. 1 star off bcs the condiments set looks very gross.

We had our usual Taiwanese Flaming soup and adding Fuzhao Fish Ball and Fish tofu.

When the weather is cold, Boiling Point really hit the spot puurfectly.

We did not have space for the herbal jelly today. And we are happy nobody order stinky tofu nor House Special Pot close by.....

Solid 3 stars. Despite this restaurant getting just ok reviews, they have a lot of customers. It was somewhat busy when we went. Sign up at the kiosk upon entry. We got the beef pot and the house special pot (pork). The beef pot was somewhat mild in flavor, but the sauces provided on the table enhanced the food. This pot was decent. I wasn't a big fan of the house special pot though. Unless you like the flavor of intestine, I'd pass on this one (it's item number 1 their menu though and their house entree). The provided rice was a little hard.

The Hokkaido milk tea was different than your usual milk tea. It was frothy. Still good though.

At the end, they give you a little dessert drink of dragon fruit? seeds.

Side note: I thought it was funny odd that the restraunt was new and modern outside but the bathrooms were so old.

I will be completely honest with you. This place is underwhelming.

    1) Bad service - They forgot my order so I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my dish to arrive while 7 of my table mates were eating.

    2) Not affordable - Especially when compared to Tasty Pot.

    3) Not tasty - Especially when compared to Tasty Pot.

P.S. Parking is also hard to find in this area.

My bf and I usually go to the one in Fremont but this is our 2nd time at this location. They have plenty of seating but won't seat everyone here. In Fremont, every table is occupied. Service here is a bit lower, the people are slower, and don't check on you very often. Parking can be found within walking range since there's plenty of street parking available.

The food tastes the same as the Fremont locating overall.

The price difference between lunch and dinner for the beef is minor. The plus is the complimentary iced tea drink and minimal to no wait. Service was quick and to the point. Seating was open and my order was placed quickly. Food came out fast!

The pre-made iced green tea is too sweet for my own personal taste.
